Lainey Hunter is a self taught artist and entrepreneur. Her medium is reverse painting on glass. Many of her paintings are on recycled windows and create a one-of-a-kind conversation piece.
Lainey is also the creator of WO (Windows of Opportunity), a privately funded foundation to help benefit the Angel Fund in partnership with the Boston Red Sox.
Lainey’s work has been showcased at the Boston Bayside Expo Center, The Boston Institute for Art Therapy, The Brookline Arts Association and at various North Shore solo shows, restaurants, boutiques and cafes. In 2007 Lainey expanded her artwork to include one of a kind silk-made and hand-painted fabrics, embellished glassware and reprints of her original art. She is currently translating her hand-painted fabrics to fashion design.
